New album, "Fairytales", out on May 3rd!

Cradle of Haze, the renowned German Gothic Rock project, is back after a creative break of about 3 years with their 15th studio album.
This 19-track album marks a departure from the band's previous works. While the lyrics on their previous albums were predominantly in German, "Fairytales" features all English lyrics. The musical style has also evolved, shifting from Gothic Rock with a strong tendency towards Neue Deutsche Härte (NDH) to a more moderate, melodic, and mature Gothic Rock sound. The album incorporates elements of medieval rock, alternative rock, and symphonic rock/metal, among others.
"Fairytales" takes listeners on a journey through fairyland, starting off with heavy rock beats and guitars before transitioning to a more calm and moderate tone towards the end. Despite these changes, the album retains Cradle of Haze's signature style, with mastermind Thorsten Eligehausen handling all aspects of writing, composition, and recording.
As a special surprise, "Fairytales" includes interpretations of songs from the repertoire of the sister project "Inception of Eternity."
The album, mixed and mastered in the band's in-house sound lab, will be released via their own label, "darkSIGN-Records."
Fans of Gothic Rock won't want to miss out on "Fairytales," a testament to Cradle of Haze's continued evolution and creativity.
